Cervical Traction & Massage

Service Description

You receive a maximum of 30 min cervical (neck) decompression to help relieve tension in tight, spasm, or injured muscles surrounding the neck and upper back before starting your massage. This helps stimulate the nervous system to release neuro-chemical signals that have an analgesic effect on the head, neck and body. This can provide significant pain relief in as little as 1 to 3 sessions. Followed by decompression is 1 hour massage with your preferred pressure type such as light, medium, or deep pressure to promote healing of soft tissue spasms.
