Marisol "Starr" Garner is a Latin American actress, fitness model, turned NASM certified personal trainer, and specialist in strength and conditioning with a AS Degree in Exercise Science from Lionel University. Starr is the founder and trainer of "Starr Fit Club", and therapist of "My Healing Hands Massage" with over a decade in wellness, and fitness coaching individuals and providing therapeutic services for a "Total Transformation" she uses evidence based science for those ready to manage their weight, build a new body, enhance their overall well being, and create life longevity. 

 

She has been able to combine fitness, restorative yoga with asana breath work mini meditation, nutrition, cardio-kickboxing, mental toughness coaching, and physical rehabilitation post-surgery, accident, or injuries alongside providing her clients alternative therapies such as Reiki energy balance work, and a variety of modalities as used in Sports Rehabilitation and Therapeutic Massage Therapy all from a private boutique fitness studio and massage spa working one-on-one with her clients to bring each a tailored plan of action for reaching your goals successfully.

 

Starr has worked with numerous celebrity actors and professional sports athletes in Hollywood, CA preparing them for either the big screen or playing in the next big sports games. Her passion for health and wellness now brings her "Hollywood" glimmer to Houston, TX with her infectious motivation to get you fit, transform your health and life and provide a healing space in a nonjudgemental atmosphere where you can grow, learn, adapt, and develop optimal health at your own pace and level, meanwhile taking advantage of an empathetic coaching support with your best interest in mind, always....
